Mike Kyriacou, the founder, is Australian - and therefore sounds like he's related to convicts, or at least might work out at 'the mines'. It's also clear from his enthusiastic volume that he never learned the concept of 'inside voices'. Some say it's best to make your excuses and meet him outside, on a windy day, when he has a cold, with hearing protection.
